Withdraw from a contract
Use this page to submit a withdrawal declaration for a credit purchase. You do not need to give a reason.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your declaration before the withdrawal period expires.
After the statutory withdrawal period has expired, a declaration is reviewed only where mandatory law requires it.
Effects of withdrawal
Any mandatory statutory consequence is assessed only from the evidence stored for the specific contract and performance.
If you requested performance during the withdrawal period, statutory compensation may be due for services already provided.
Receipt does not automatically refund a payment or change credits. Elevate offers no voluntary refunds; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
