Accessibility Statement
Elevate documents the current accessibility status of the website without claiming certified compliance.
Scope
This statement covers the Elevate website at langvis.ai and the pages and product areas that are available through it.

Target standard
Elevate uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the practical target for the website, in the context of BFSG / BFSGV and EN 301 549.
The goal is that pages, forms, navigation, account areas, interview areas, payment-related pages, and legal information can be used as accessibly as possible.
Current status
Current status: the accessibility work for the covered Elevate website areas has been completed as an internal product standard. Elevate does not currently claim full BFSG compliance.
A limited real assistive-technology smoke test for the main launch journeys has been recorded for minimum accessibility readiness. Full BFSG compliance claim items, such as broader assistive-technology coverage, final legal wording review, external audit or formal review evidence, and review of external payment pages once they are live, remain separate later gates.
This page is the public place for the current accessibility status. If the status, limitations, contact path, complaint process, response times, or compliance wording change, this page must be updated.
Current accessibility state
The covered website areas are designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Current work includes clearer controls, keyboard operation, status messages, accessible legal links, text alternatives for voice-based flows, and clearer handling of loading, error, and success states. This does not certify full compliance.
Known limitations
This statement is intentionally cautious. Formal legal review and an external accessibility audit have not yet been completed, so Elevate does not claim BFSG compliance.
The recorded limited real test does not replace broader coverage with VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, or VoiceOver iOS. Broader assistive-technology coverage, final review of full compliance wording, and external audit evidence remain required before any full BFSG compliance claim.

The final complaint-handling process and binding response timelines are still in legal and operator review. Until they are finalized, accessibility feedback can be submitted through the contact paths above.
